You are invited to explore these themes at our CPC Annual Meeting in Pendleton, September 22nd – 24th. We will begin with dinner on Friday and end by lunch on Sunday. In between we will tell stories, deepen friendships, do business, take action, follow the Spirit, inquire, contemplate, and inspire.If you have never come to Annual Meeting, you are invited to come experience an edge in yourself, an edge of what church can be. If you always come to Annual Meeting, you are invited to come experience the Well, renewing your sense of what church can be. For everyone, this is a chance to both experiment with and express ourselves as the United Church of Christ in the Central Pacific Conference.For the details, see below.

Resolutions for Consideration at Annual Meeting

For anyone who wishes to submit a resolution for consideration for approval by the Assembly gathered at Annual Meeting, there is a specific process and timeline. The time is NOW.

LCM Scholarships Support Annual Meeting Participation

The CPC Local Church Ministries (LCM) Team is able to offer a number of scholarships (up to $200 per person) to assist in registration, travel, and/or lodging expenses for CPC members who wish to attend the Annual Meeting in Pendleton from September 22-24, 2017.

Please note that, while all applications will be considered, priority will be given to first-time attendees, members from under-represented and/or smaller churches, and those traveling the farthest distances.


Got Hospitality Snacks?!

chocolate-chip-cookies-photoOur lunches and dinners are provided during Annual Meeting, but not coffee or snacks during our breaks. We all provide that yummy spread for each other! We are asking folks from every congregation to bring snacks to share for the hospitality breaks such as:  cookies, muffins, bagels, cut fruit, etc. If we all bring something to share, there will be abundantly enough!
