In this role, the COM works with local churches, Members in Discernment and all who hold or seek ministerial standing in the Central Pacific Conference to authorize and support ministers on behalf of the United Church of Christ.

Justice & Witness Ministry

The Justice and Witness Ministry Team provides focus and support for our CPC ministries of Justice, Equity, and Inclusion. J&W encourages and provides opportunities for churches in the Conference to connect and work together with each other as well as with other faith and non-faith communities.

Local Church Ministry

The Local Church Ministry Team encourages and supports local churches to be vital, inclusive congregations of mission, unity, nurture, faith development, and justice. LCM is a faithful, creative group that plans programs that encourage and support the lives and work of our local churches.

Camp Adams and Outdoor Ministry

Wider Church Ministry

The Wider Church Ministry Team strengthens and encourages global, ecumenical, and interfaith partnerships with the Conference and its congregations. We support the Conference and its members in developing relationships with a wider church that is global, multiracial, multicultural, open and affirming, and accessible to all.

Finance and Development Ministry

The Finance and Development Ministry Team monitors the finances and budget of the conference, promoting and encouraging fundraising to ensure the short term and long term financial viability of the ministries and mission of the conference.
